01
Our goal
We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA for the main templates and flows of this site and the client portal. We check keyboard navigation, visible focus, label and error associations, screen reader use, zoom, contrast, target size, tables, dialogs and sign-in.
An automated scanner does not certify full conformance. That is why we combine automated checks with manual scenarios.
02
What has been checked
We publish the real status, not a conformance statement. Each area is checked with the appropriate method before the public launch:
Keyboard and focus — manual scenarios for the main flows (status: planned); text and interface contrast — check of all semantic tokens (planned); forms: labels, errors, messages — manual screen reader test (planned); zoom and reflow — test at 200% and 320 px width (planned); automated scanner — static analysis tool (planned).
03
Known limitations
Testing with real users of assistive technology is still to come. We do not yet have manually validated screen reader results for every page, and we do not claim conformance until we do.
If you encounter a barrier, please report it. Feedback is handled as a defect with an owner and a deadline, not as a feature request.

Feedback
Describe the page, the action you tried, the assistive technology you used and what happened. If possible, include the browser and version. We will acknowledge receipt and let you know the outcome.
